2. 3D Printed Items: Certain items in our inventory, particularly those that are 3D printed, may require additional processing time before they are ready for shipment. The production time for 3D printed items can range from 2 to 4 weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure the quality and precision of these unique products.

3. Shipping Schedule: Our shipments are processed and dispatched over the weekends. Orders placed during the week will be queued for shipping over the upcoming weekend. We do not process shipments on a daily basis, as The Festiva Store is not our full-time job. Please take this into consideration when estimating the delivery date for your order.
